In general, if you are not 100% satisfied with your San Diego Office Supply purchase you may return it for any reason so long as your purchase is in saleable condition with the original packaging including the Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals and all parts. If for any reason you choose to return your San Diego Office Supply purchase you will need to contact Customer Service at (619) 929-2080 or service@sdos.com or use our on-line Return Request form.
Office Products
You may return Office Products within 30 days of receipt for any reason.
Software
Unopened Software must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Ink and Toner
If the wrong item has been ordered or delivered and the package remains unopened San Diego Office Supply will accept returns within 30 days or receipt. If you discover the product to be defective your claim must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Technology Products
Business Machines and Technology Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt. This includes but may not be limited to: copiers, all–in–one machines, digital cameras, printers, computer peripherals, fax machines, scanners, wireless phones, telephones, shredders, digital projectors, MP3 players, bluetooth and wireless items, digital picture frames and networking products. Your purchase must be in saleable condition with the original packaging including the Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals and all parts.
Furniture
Furniture must be inspected and accepted as satisfactory at the time of delivery. All claims of damage must be made upon receipt. Furniture that has been assembled or is not in its original packaging may not be returned.
Special Orders and Custom Orders
Special and/or Custom orders are made to your specifications and so are only returnable if found to be defective upon receipt of product.
